LDMS was borne out of LC Engineering Group, Inc., a consulting engineering firm which has been located in Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village, California since 1980. Entering its fourth decade of service, LC Engineering Group and subsidiary CalWest Geotechnical have completed over 14,000 projects since 1980.
